Systems Integration Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing IT projects, including infrastructure deployments, software development, and system upgrades. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring clear goals, objectives, and success criteria are established.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to execute project tasks according to plan.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage project scope, changes, and ensure proper documentation and change control processes are followed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project delivery processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to IT project management.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (X years) in IT project management, managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on achieving project goals and delivering business value.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
