Job Description

Day to Day ticket management, support, troubling shooting, requests, etc. for Engineering tools such as Cadence, Mentor, Solidworks, WASPnet, etc.

Ability to oversee Professional service vendors to deliver desired solutions

Ability to work with Engineering Tool vendors for day to day support and troubleshooting, license agreements, etc.

Support installation of engineering tools on PCs and Servers; partner with Service Delivery

Support build of new engineering PCs; partner with Service Delivery

Resolve login and connectivity access to engineering tools such as Cadence, Mentor, Solidworks, etc.

Including vault access and WAN/LAN licensing and configuration

Vendor management works closely with VM team

Software/hardware upgrades for Engineering

Engineering asset management

The candidate needs to have a in-depth knowledge LMtools and Flex licensing operations.

The candidate should have a firm grasp of the various different methods used in software installs, upgrades & patching.

The candidate need to have a proficient knowledge of PowerShell & VB Script.

The candidate should understand the different types of software licensing and how they are managed.

The candidate should know how to operate and administrate Flexera FNMEA.
