A Supply Chain Manager is a professional who is in charge of every stage of the company's supply chain, from purchasing raw materials to production. They must ensure that the product comes at just the right time and coordinate storage for it, so nothing goes missing or gets damaged along this complex process.

[Job Description]

• Supply Planning for all product lines of the company
• Lead S&OP and demand forecasting
• Total Inventory and Slow/Dead stock management
• SCM KPI Management: Develop and implement KPIs to measure real time service level, forecast accuracy, safety stock, low/zero stock materials, and any inventory-related risk
• Supply Chain Process Innovation
• HIT Rate Improvement
• Supply Chain Cost Improvement
• Commercial Project & RV Demand Improvement
• Inventory Optimization
  
  

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s degree preferred In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business related
• 5+ years progressive experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing with experience in the
  
  

manufacturing industry, preferably in a strategic setting in a mid to large size organization.

• Previous supervisory/management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP application experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office suite. Intermediate/strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Distribution and Transportation a plus
