General Summary: We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for or leather warehouse facility in Hickory, NC that will oversee the Warehouse Administration team, create forecasting reports, collaborate with our foreign controller/accounting teams in Brazil on reporting and controls within the warehouse. Our ideal candidate lives/works in the Hickory, NC region.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the warehouse administration team and guide them in their daily functions
Collaborate with Brazil accounting/finance and controller teams on forecasting, data analysis and operational costs.
Control and report all expenses that occur within the warehouse operations.
Create and control the maintenance plan for the warehouse.
Be responsive to changes in procurement, adjust daily reporting accordingly
Ensure team members are kept up to date on policy’s and procedures within the warehouse
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain, warehouse management and/or inventory controls required
Experience in Microsoft Excel required
Experience in SAP required
Experience in warehouse ERP or inventory tracking preferred
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask and pivot when emergent needs arise
Strong communication skills-verbal and written
Aptitude for data, reporting
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
