Supply Chain Delivery Ops Lead

Detailed Job Description

Scope of Services

● Delivery: Develop monthly reports to track weekly projected delivery dates, raise and manage escalations to ensure OTD.

Identify and work with support teams to resolve master data issues in Bills of Materials (“BOM”), costs and lead times.

● Reporting: Gather data, analyze and create metrics and reports around supply chain performance.

● Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery status and resolve any issues promptly.

● Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (“KPIs”) such as on-time delivery rates, freight cost, and customer satisfaction.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Provide inputs to establishing best in class product data management processes, policies and systems
