Supervisor, Master Data Management - Remote | WFH

Position Summary

As the Supervisor, Master Data Management, you will lead a team responsible for managing Oracle EBS ERP and Oracle Agile PLM master data systems. You will oversee data entry, updates, and integrity reporting, playing a pivotal role in creating and administering enterprise Data Integrity Reports and Queries.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a team to ensure optimal performance in data management tasks.

Maximize the quality and integrity of master data within Oracle EBS ERP and Oracle Agile PLM.

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve data integrity issues promptly.

Design, develop, test, and implement Data Integrity Reports and Queries.

Lead testing, documentation, and training efforts related to Oracle upgrades and patches.

Assess and define additional Data Integrity requirements to safeguard company interests.

Partner with the Director of Master Data Management to establish Key Performance Indicators and align team goals with company objectives.

Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and departmental goals.

Develop and maintain standard work documents for Master Data Management processes.

Implement process standards and best practices as required.

Contribute to special projects impacting organizational decisions and system enhancements.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Engineering.

5+ years of experience in business data analytics.

3+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in database management and data manipulation.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Comprehensive knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management and Operations management.

Experience in translating functional specifications into technical designs, coding, testing, and deployment.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with business intelligence report development; Cognos experience is a plus.

Working Conditions

This is a remote position.

Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.

Adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines in designated areas.
