As an integral part of Learfield's new Always On team and initiative, the Studio Producer is an extremely important role on the ground at The University of Texas that uses in-depth creative, technical and content knowledge built by years of experience to develop, produce and deliver in-studio content executions in partnership with the school. Working closely with the centralized (New York) team of Director, Content, the Supervising Producer, Streaming will be responsible for overseeing the production process from conception to completion of studio and streaming shows and will collaborate closely with the athletic departments, school production teams, and local staff to oversee and execute a robust in-studio content offering and calendar.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Oversee studio and streaming show offering at The University of Texas, including creative, production, distribution and ad serve process across multiple shows.
- Lead creation, production and execution of coaches' shows, podcasts and in-studio programming in partnership with school teams to drive fan engagement and generate revenue opportunities for local and national sales staff.
- Own and manage the development and execution of 4-8 studio shows over the course of a year from idea generation through final deliverables, including writing, producing, and overseeing edit and distribution across platforms and the LHN streaming platform.
- Create production schedules and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Hire and manage production staff, including camera operators, editors, and production assistants.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and other key stakeholders to develop creative concepts for studio shows, segments, and other projects.
- Coordinate logistics for studio shoots, including securing any additional locations, props, and equipment.
- Direct and oversee studio recordings, ensuring that performances meet creative and technical requirements.
- Work collaboratively with necessary departments, internally and externally, to ensure all agreed upon deliverables are provided
- Collaborate and coordinate with Athletics to create social promotional content and cutdowns
- Own communication with Athletics, SIDs, and Coaches to book and schedule guests and produce studio shows
- Work closely with local sales staff to ensure brand integration into shows is executed properly, including execution of the ad serve process (breaks, SCTE markers, etc.) on the LHN streaming platform
- Strong knowledge of studio equipment and requirements for both video and podcast, with ability to troubleshoot
- Ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and regulations for content and safety.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Minimum 8+ years in studio programming and production across video and podcast, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Must have experience producing and executing live and live to tape programming.
- Must have a firm understanding of all aspects of pre-production, in-studio content structure from rundowns, blocking and delivery as well as production, including production equipment, lighting techniques, cameras/lenses, and audio.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple people and teams across a variety of projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to generate and execute new ideas and concepts that might align with a project's initiatives
- Must contribute to and thrive in a high energy, high profile, positive, proactive, deadline driven, results oriented, and attention to detail environment.
- Capacity to manage and prioritize many projects at one time in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts and strategies to executive leadership
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, with a passion for storytelling and visual media.
- Sports and/or entertainment experience a must
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Airtable a plus
