The Supervising Producer is a pivotal leadership figure responsible for directing and coordinating creative and production teams. This role entails overseeing Producers, Project Managers, and Studio coordination to ensure streamlined project management and the delivery of top-tier creative content. Collaborating closely with the Global Director, the Supervising Producer defines project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while also maintaining budget reporting for both internal and client-facing needs, specifically regarding shoot production and budgets for external shoots and production.


This role plays a critical part in ensuring creative content aligns with quality standards and industry trends. The Supervising Producer must stay current with emerging technologies and innovative best practices to maintain a competitive edge. By providing strategic direction and support, the Supervising Producer enhances the capabilities and performance of the creative and production teams, fostering a collaborative and successful work environment.


Must have worked with clients in the technology industry.


JOB DUTIES


PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION:

  • Overseeing all stages of production, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Lead the creative and production team management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for major projects and campaigns.
  • Work with external partners (when needed) to enhance negotiations and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure creative content meets quality standards, reflects current industry trends, and stays updated on emerging technologies and innovative best practices.
  • Coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure production stays on track and within budget.
  • Manage budget reporting processes to fulfill both internal requirements and client-facing demands, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial communication.


TEAM LEADERSHIP & COLLABORATION:

  • Leading and mentoring production teams to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment and clear expectations.
  • Resolving conflicts and addressing challenges to ensure smooth production flow and team productivity.


OPERATIONS:

  • Overseeing final products to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to the project's goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, such as copyright and licensing issues.
  • Reviewing and approving content to guarantee it aligns with branding guidelines and production standards.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 7-10 years in the creative industry, with a strong background in shoot production and video content.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in, advertising, or related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in creative production (including shoot production), including planning, staffing, and workflow optimization, with proven ability to coordinate content creation for various campaigns such as eCommerce, performance, and social media.
  • Proficient in project management tools, and creative and production workflows.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and best practices - with a passion for staying current on social and content trends.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and tracking projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Skilled in proactively managing risks throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proven ability to implement solutions that deliver high-quality services efficiently and profitably.

  • Proficient in delegating tasks appropriately, providing guidance and support for smooth project execution.
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Office Environment


The salary range for this position is $120K minimum - $135k maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on location, job-related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs.
