Responsibilities

• Project schedule management – Maintain a 3 week look ahead and daily schedule of work progress. Schedule efficient workflow of subs, vendors, and coordinate all required inspections.
• Jobsite Quality Manager – Accountable for quality of sub-contracting crews, vendors, and self-performing crews.
• Job Safety Manager – Accountable for ensuring a safe and compliant job site at all times. Enforcement of jobsite PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements and protocols.
• Materials Procurement – Ensure all materials are ordered timely and track delivery and receiving of all project materials managed by our crews.
• Daily Reports – Accountable for accurately documenting daily activities of work progress through use of web-based apps. Written and photo documentation required.

Qualifications

• A self-starter; confident. A leader on their projects.
• 5+ years progressively increasing experience as a Superintendent.
• A tenacity to attack and solve problems head on
• Proven record of building and maintaining positive relationships
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
