At Jaffa Group, we ensure that customers' homes are superior and generate glowing recommendations from satisfied clients by doing a complete company walkthrough to ensure everything is as the customer intended. As a Superintendent, you play a crucial role in the construction industry by providing accurate details for crews and for custom home projects. Superintendents evaluate bid specifications and drawings to determine the necessary tools, materials, and information required for successful project bidding and acquisition. They calculate the total cost of raw materials, equipment, utilities, and labor. Are you hungry and ambitious? Come grow with us! Duties and Responsibilities Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control, and a clean site. Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections. Work in partnership with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and meets the cost and time requirements of the project. Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviation in the direction of the project. Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team. Mitigate Risk and Manage Risk. Able to excel and meet highly demanding project schedules while ensuring the project is kept clean, on schedule, and within budget. Ideal Traits
