Success Factors Analyst

One of our retail clients is experiencing growth on their team and actively seeking a Success Factors Analyst to join their organization. In this role, you will be responsible for key SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central along with other HR system applications. You will spearhead efforts to refine and enhance integration processes, automate routine tasks, and reduce discrepancies across different HRIS integrations. This role is an integral part of the HRIS team and reports directly to the Senior Director of HRIS.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 with 10% annual bonus opportunity

North Denver Hybdrid onsite 2x/week
