Exchangadisc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. As the Studio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our studio while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year

Exchangadisc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Studio Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. As the Studio Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our studio while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, client bookings, and equipment maintenance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling sessions, and ensuring a positive studio experience.
- Coordinate with recording engineers, producers, and other staff to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of studio facilities and equipment, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement studio policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts to attract new clients and expand our client base.
- Bachelor's degree in music production, business management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in studio management or a similar role within the music industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Knowledge of studio equipment and recording technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
