Sploot Veterinary Care is a dynamic start-up introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Strategy Associate to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients.

What you’ll do as a Strategy Associate:
As a core member of the HQ team, you will work closely with upper management and the CEO on critical projects that drive the strategic direction of the company. This role involves handling supply planning across our network and solving highly analytical problems that have a significant impact on our operations. This is an onsite position in Denver, CO.
Collaborate with upper management and the CEO to drive strategic projects and initiatives
Develop and implement supply planning strategies to optimize capacity and ensure seamless operations across our network
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the company
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Support the development of business plans, financial models, and other analytical tools to guide decision-making
Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and business development
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience in supply chain management or vendor negotiations is a plus
High level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Passion for the veterinary care industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact
You are effective at managing multiple tasks simultaneously; you can delegate, prioritize, and take responsibility

What we will provide you**:
Competitive base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 plus opportunity for equity
