Juniper is looking for an Enterprise sales professional to grow our business and market share across a defined list of named accounts within our focus verticals including Large Enterprise (Fortune 1000, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.), Healthcare, Tier 2/3 Service Provider and Utility. You will excel in a dynamic and exciting environment while leading all prospecting and sales opportunities across all Juniper solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Director! Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage, qualify, and develop both new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with SE, Product Specialists, Field Marketing, SDR’s, Partner Account Managers, etc. as well as Juniper’s channel partners.
  • Understand named account’s technical/operational use cases while driving how they can achieve better network and business outcomes with Juniper.
  • Lead customer relationship strategy.
  • Lead personal and Juniper relationships with C-Level, Management, and Decision-Makers.
  • Lead complex, long-term customer relationships and opportunities.
  • Understand the competitive landscape while differentiating Juniper’s value.
  • Lead prospecting, customer meetings and presentations.
  • Implement Juniper’s sales playbooks.
  • Lead and/or help with local and regional events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Lead proposal and opportunity win strategies.
  • Grow software sales.
  • Close sales opportunities.
  • Exceed both current quarter and annual quota.
  • Win both new logos and new product introductions.
  • Build an annuity business of franchise customers.
  • Manage both current and full year for sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Provide accurate weekly/quarterly sales forecasts while maintain good Salesforce hygiene.

Candidate Required Background and Attributes:

  • Experience with IT networking, specifically WiFi, Switching, SD-WAN and Artificial Intelligence. Full portfolio also includes Routing, Data Center Switching and Security.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • High integrity, authenticity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent communication skills including listening, written and oral.
  • Creative, proactive, and positive.
  • Prioritization, focus, and organized.
  • Leader, team-player and difference maker.
  • Ability to travel

Minimum Salary: $190,080.00

Maximum Salary:$273,240.00

The pay range for this position is expected to be between $190,080.00 and $273,240.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
