Manage staff schedules.
Oversee stock management and ordering.
Ensure the shop is well-presented, clean, and maintained for both the team and customers.
Keep accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Sell goods and services to customers.
Develop and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including pricing strategies.
Handle the selection, training, and supervision of staff.
Manage customer complaints
Manage P.O.S system
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager (same industry preferred)
To have full responsibility for the successful operation within the store.
Exceptional customer service experience
Ability to manage and lead the team, ensuring compliance to Food safety standards
Excellent communications and organization skills
Flexibility to work during weekend + Holiday Seasons
Ability to handle a fast-paced business.
