Job Description

FOX Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join its Corporate Accounting Finance team

a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

• Assistance with the monthly / quarterly close processes and reporting, including various journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
• Assistance with quarterly forecasts and annual budget submissions
• Input of weekly cash transactions
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and cross charges
• Support the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts
• Assistance with supporting documentation and analysis for quarterly SEC filings (e.g. 10-Q / 10-K)
• Analysis of various balance sheet accounts
• Ad-Hoc Reports and Analysis
• Data input, processing, and output
• Ad-Hoc Special Projects
  
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Recent college graduate up to 1 year of experience
• High attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects and manage resources
• Quick learning team player that is highly motivated and energetic
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Advance Excel Skills a plus)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $61,000.00-76,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
