The Sr. Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations, risk management, and emergency response.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
Conduct security assessments and identify potential risks
Monitor security systems and respond to alarms and incidents
Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Train and supervise security personnel
Investigate security incidents and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations
Experience in risk management and emergency response
