The ideal professional will have a strong background in Microbiology and an eagerness to join and contribute to a tight knit, mutually supportive community of skilled experts.

What you will do:

• Design experiments, test growth rates, run assays, etc.
• Conduct aerobic and anaerobic bacterial cultivation and isolation
• Perform growth media preparation, growth media optimization, and scaling up fermentation production from small scale to medium and/or large scale.
  
  
  

Who you are:

• PhD with 1+ years post graduate industry experience, ideally in the agricultural space.
• Experience with aerobic and anaerobic bacterial cultivation and isolation
• Experience with designing experiments and mentoring research associates.
  
  
  

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $115k – $150k annually. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
