Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant to join our client dynamic team. This role requires a highly skilled professional to lead payroll implementations and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Job Overview:
Responsible for leading and supporting projects related to production support, enhancement of processes, integration of new business practices or acquisitions in your area of responsibility. Works with business partners to understand their needs / requirements for new / changed functionality. Extensive knowledge as Senior Human Resource multi-functional (SF, EC, ECP, PGM, ONB, REC) contact and lead on assigned SAP implementation projects who will implement required functionality. Provides application support and training of end users while maintaining ITIL service levels. Expertise in configuration of SF modules in SAP. Cooperates with consultants from other areas such as AMS, EHS, Finance, Supply Chain and Development. Provides technical support in the analysis, documentation, and configuration of break/fix issues. Applies knowledge in system configuration, integration testing and day-to-day support following the established change and release management processes. Provides effort estimates for break/fix, system enhancements and any new functionality. Assists with the development, configuration and testing of new functionality as requested by the business. Support solution validation and testing. Coordinates with IT colleagues on continuous improvement or cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the payroll workstream to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse team to deliver results that meet client expectations.
- Maintain a hands-on role to ensure accuracy in key deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop strong client and project team relationships to foster growth and development opportunities.
- Participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of client-specific deliverables.
- Provide coaching, oversight, and support to delivery teams and junior staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to clients.
- Work with offshore and nearshore teams to coordinate project activities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 10 years of experience as SAP SF EC Payroll.
- Professional certification in Employee Central preferred.
- Extensive experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, with a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Proven ability to lead workstreams within large projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
