This position is based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) and Profile Management to lead the development and enhancement of our identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of CIAM and profile management concepts, and a proven track record of successfully delivering customer-centric solutions.

  • Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of the CIAM and profile management product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development and delivery.
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer feedback and market insights.
  • Prioritize feature development and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for user-centric design and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CIAM and profile management, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CIAM, identity management, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of CIAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), and identity federation.
  • Strong knowledge of profile management principles, including data privacy, consent management, and user preferences.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products from conception to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the digital identity landscape.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $121,400.00 - $206,400.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
