### Your Role
We are looking for a curious, adaptable, and self-motivated analyst to join our Network Pricing team. In this intermediate analytics role, you will learn the fundamentals of drug pricing, client performance management, data flows, and the tools and systems used in financial analysis. You will collaborate with analysts and projects within our global data science and network pricing teams.
Strong communication skills are essential as you will partner with various departments, including Underwriting, Product Development, Legal, Account Management, Operations, and Clinical, to oversee client performance management and innovative new product offerings.
### Responsibilities
Support and validate Provider Network (physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, ancillary facilities, etc.) contracting and unit cost management activities through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Conduct unit cost and contract valuation analysis to support network contracting negotiations and unit cost management strategies.
Manage unit cost budgets, target setting, performance reporting, and associated financial models.
Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
Influence and provide input to forecasting and planning activities.
Lead and perform financial analysis and modeling related to setting prescription drug prices.
Identify potential areas for prescription drug cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies.
Summarize and communicate statistical findings and conclusions to management concisely.
Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by various audiences.
Research and investigate key business problems through quantitative analysis of utilization and healthcare costs data.
Support the development of new products or strategic initiatives aimed at reducing the total cost of care.
Proactively identify and resolve issues.
Lead projects to completion by contributing to database creation, statistical modeling, and financial reports.
Partner with other departments to effectively oversee client performance.
Communicate and consult with clients directly.
### Qualifications
Required
7+ years of analytical experience in financial analysis, healthcare pricing, network management, healthcare economics, or related discipline.
7+ years of experience in creating and using financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools, including interpreting and displaying financial modeling results to inform actionable decisions.
Advanced proficiency in performing financial impact analysis, risk management, and data manipulation.
Preferred
Experience interacting with clients and internal leaders.
Healthcare or PBM experience.
Experience in product development or supporting new service offerings.
Proficiency in Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or Tableau.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

### Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually, based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
