As a Senior Procurement Representative focused on Strategic Procurement, your emphasis will be to collaborate in the development and maintenance of supply chain solutions that enable industry leading products at a world-class pace. To achieve the goal of launching and producing high quality products through narrow market windows, while maintaining a resilient supply chain, our organization requires flexible, creative, and robust supply chain management.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership in a variety of procurement and material management areas that include: Supplier Quotations, Supplier Selection, Cost Negotiations, Material Sourcing, Supplier Management and Performance Evaluation, Inventory Planning & Management, Business Continuity Planning, and Procurement and Resiliency Strategy Development.
Develop and manage Strategic Supplier Resiliency efforts for a broad supply base
Collaborate in the development of procurement strategies to support the transition from R&D to Production
Partner with global (US, Europe, and Asia) teams throughout Keysight and engage with global suppliers to manage material delivery schedules to meet project schedule or production requirements.
Manage end to end supply chain for unique and challenging production products
Support contract implementation and management with critical suppliers
Lead various assurance of supply and engineering projects to ensure a resilient supply chain
Develop and manage a cost reduction program in support of cost reduction targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years Supply Chain Management experience, global supply chain operations experience preferred.
Experience in managing critical and challenging supplier relationships with a demonstrated improvement over time
Ability to influence and excel across organizational, functional, and geographical teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical projects, with an ability to learn and adapt quickly
Experience in working in a global company that values collaborating with suppliers, partners, and internationally based teams
Demonstrates leadership ability and affirmative, proactive approach to working in a dynamic, progressive environment
Working knowledge of MRP/ERP methodology or systems
Excellent analytic skills and keen ability to retain and relay large amounts of information
Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Exemplary verbal and written communication and listening skills, digitally and in person.
Demonstrate active listening skills with a positive and outgoing approach when engaging others
Self-motivated individual who values on-going training and development in a work environment

Pay Range
USD $74,670.00 - USD $124,440.00 Year
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
