Sr. Marketing Manager

Charlotte, NC/ Full-time

Your Responsibilities

Leads omni-channel marketing strategy and implementation for key national retail accounts. This role is responsible for delivering BP and EBIT through integrated marketing management, advertising campaign development, e-commerce optimization, promotional planning and ROI analysis.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive National account marketing plans that build customer awareness, loyalty, market share growth, and supports company goals
  • Drive strategy and execution of all National account online and offline marketing efforts, increase customer engagement, sales revenue and profits
  • Prepare executive presentations; present material as needed
  • Build relationships: National account buying teams, marketing personnel, .com, training department, and executive leadership
  • Competitive intelligence: collect ad circulars from retailers, consumer segmentation data, review industry publications, use knowledge to obtain important information that may have an impact on the business, communicate findings to both BSH and National account teams
  • Lead National Account marketing team, increase brand awareness, media, and PR efforts in coordination with BSH internal support teams
  • Develop and manage National account marketing operating budget, ROI, and post promotional analytics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and present new ideas on an ongoing basis
  • Identify key markets using segmentation data to capture market share
  • Direct the training activities to support internal and external KPI’s

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field) – Required
  • 5-7 Years of Experience (Marketing) – Required
  • Time management, ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to build internal and customer relationships
  • Normal office equipment; e.g., computer, copier, fax machine, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Domestic Travel by car, airplane, boat, etc. - can include overnight and weekends
  • Must be able to drive to visit assigned accounts daily in territory
  • Must have an active driver's license in good standing with the DMV
  • Travel Percentage – 30%

Your Pay & Benefits

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

  • 2 weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.
  • Unlimited paid vacation for all Director and above level positions.
  • The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line)
  • 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line)
  • 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day)
