Our Sr. Financial Services Representative will be held accountable for:
Upholding SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose.
Assists in supervising front-line associates while overseeing primary branch functions.
Serves as the Bank's primary contact with its clients, both in providing services and routing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Accurately receives deposits and payments for all types of accounts, verifies cash and negotiability of checks and issues receipts, giving credit for funds according to bank policies.
Opens all types of deposit accounts for new and existing clients, accurately, efficiently and in compliance with SmartBank's policies and procedures.
Ideal Candidates For The Role Will Include
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum 1 year of banking experience required.
Cash handling experience required.
Excellent customer service skills.
