This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for Finance to directly support the Global Shared Services FP&A team. The candidate should be highly committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork in supporting Finance goals and initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the Finance Director for Global Shared Services.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Prepare variance reports and in-depth analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including collaboration with business partners and Accounting to provide insights on financial performance.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update forecast models including insightful updates on headcount and department costs to the management team to ensure timely identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Provide support in fulfilling Corporate FP&A requirements for internal business reviews and Board of Director meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as well as highlighting key insights.
  • Champion operational rigor. Continuous improvement of various financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnership.
  • Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business partnership skills. Comfortable interacting with various levels of management
  • Self-starter and proven problem solver
  • Strong process and detail orientation. Superior organizational skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience in Oracle and it’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Platform; and other business intelligence tools is a plus

Benefits

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $110,000.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $101,660.00 to $110,000.00
