Role Overview
As a Senior Specialist in Posting & Procurement (P&P), you will serve as the go-to resource for all functions related to Posting & Procurement, handling complex escalations with finesse and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Posting & Procurement, this role requires deep knowledge of P&P processes and a keen eye for continuous improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex escalations across all P&P functions, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Proactively manage daily reporting to prevent delays and uphold Service Level Agreements with both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct thorough audits of daily transactions to identify and mitigate revenue leakage, maintaining meticulous documentation.
Facilitate the training of new team members, providing comprehensive onboarding and support for evolving process flows.
Drive ongoing analysis to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of P&P activities, championing a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including auction General Managers, Enterprise Finance & Accounting, and external suppliers to optimize processes and minimize costs.
Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service through proactive communication and personalized support.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field; alternatively, a combination of relevant education and experience.
Proven experience in a team environment, with a focus on resolving issues and delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and reconcile data accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Oracle Financials; AS00 system knowledge is a plus.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation And Benefits
Hourly base pay rate: $19.18 - $28.80/hour, with potential for additional compensation including commission and incentives.
