Job Description:

As a Sr. Executive Recruiter at Blue Signal, you will play a crucial role in bringing in new clients and identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber professionals in key positions across various industries, leveraging your expertise in recruitment and agency experience. This role requires a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of adapting to changing market conditions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Autonomously choose your preferred industry and vertical. Utilize our award-winning marketing department to create custom marketing materials, blogs, and call lists to support your business development efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, company culture, and strategic goals to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Indeed, CareerBuilder, ZoomInfo, and more, to identify and attract top talent.
  • Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
  • Coaching: Prepare candidates for interviews with practice questions, insights about the hiring manager and company, and overall interviewing tips, with support from our Marketing team to create custom interview preparation sheets.
  • Onboarding: Negotiate compensation packages, start dates, relocation, and other onboarding logistics. Provide post-hiring support to the hiring manager.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and potential candidates to proactively address future recruitment needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to share best practices, insights, and strategies to continuously improve our recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Leverage AI and the latest recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve candidate and client experiences.
  • Adaptability: Adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions, client needs, and new opportunities.
  • Education: (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
