What You’ll Do
Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions for youth athletes, from beginners to advanced players.
Provide one-on-one and small-group instruction, utilizing a mix of teaching, technique, and cutting-edge technology.

Requirements
Develop and deliver strength & conditioning programs for youth athletes at all levels
Host one-on-one and small group sessions focusing on baseball/softball technique and agility
Support youth athletes in enhancing and refining baseball/softball skills by building strength
Create and deliver personalized and group programming for athletes at all skill levels
Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other drills for youth athletes
Maintain an organized and safe player experience during all sessions
Attend continuing education classes to elevate programming and to ensure best-in-class instruction
Required to attend LA Dodgers Strength and Conditioning symposium
Position Requirements
Willingness and interest in completing MLB strength & conditioning instructional training program
Preferred credentials: CSCS, USAW, NSCA, NASM, CPT or degree in Exercise Science or related field
Self-starter, passionate about developing youth athletes
Ability to work in person during evenings and weekends
Ability to develop and follow instructional plans and station rotations for various ages and abilities
Ability to adjust programs on the fly for athletes, as necessary
Current CPR/AED certification required
Supportive and encouraging mindset and attitude with colleagues and clients
Knowledge and passion for baseball or softball is a must
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and organizational skills
Basic computer and technology skills
Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful
Salary Description
$27 Base rate, lessons commensurate w/ experience
