WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive with Specification Sales experience in the commercial sector for our industry-leading client in the Product Manufacturing space!


Role

You will play a pivotal role in the business, selling solutions to a specification audience through influence, education, problem solving and customer collaboration


Your responsibilities

  • Identify, initiate, build and maintain relationships with key architects, designers and product specifiers within the architectural and design community to increase market share and bolster overall sales volume.
  • Introduce our product lines and build brand awareness by making regular face to face meetings for product demonstrations and educational seminars via lunch and learns, teleconference meetings via Zoom calls to existing and new specifiers in your Territory
  • Service existing as well as targeted accounts to nurture relationships and increase key product specifications, generate sales leads, and serve as a technical consultant.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism by generating and managing specifications from our complimentary design service.
  • Assist architects and designers in selecting and writing specifications for our products
  • Report on external market conditions regarding competitors and competitor products
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities


You will have

  • Min of 3 years’ experience in technical sales and/or specification roles
  • Solution Selling experience – ability to sell on value, not price
  • technical mindset (Technical sales experience would be a huge advantage)
  • Ability to sense opportunities/challenges
  • Ability to connect with a designer and specification audience through educational selling and not be a hard closer
  • Confident to work and present to designers, architects and project managers
  • Excellent presentation skills
