We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our dynamic online learning team. In this role, you will provide personalized virtual instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their academic success in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
Deliver engaging virtual lessons that accommodate varied learning styles and abilities.
Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to support student progress and achievement.
Utilize digital tools to monitor and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and support.
Maintain meticulous records and documentation of student progress and interventions.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
Valid teaching license with a special education endorsement.
Proven experience in online or blended learning environments.
Proficiency in educational technology and familiarity with learning management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong organizational abilities.
