We’re Hiring a Spa Manager at The Skin lounge, We are a Holistic Medical spa. We provide non-invasive solutions for long term benefits.

The Skin lounge is a holistic wellness skin clinic. We are currently seeking a Spa Manager who can help manage day-to-day operations and drive growth forward.
REQUIREMENTS
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
Atleast, 1+ years of management experience
Initiate and implement marketing and promotional plans to actively grow revenue and profit lines
Develop strategies to reach new/potential members and create calendars of events, newsletters and general communication for current ones
In conjunction with owner, set key performance indicators for each department to ensure a results-driven business
Hiring, training and scheduling employees
Overseeing facility maintenance in accordance to standards
Inventory management
Introduce new product lines, equipment, and treatments to all required areas
Expense management - updating expense and profit reports
Maintain company protocols in accordance to the employee handbook
Create professional development plans for all employees
Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of the spa
Love of the beauty industry
Position Requirements:
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and software
Embrace diversity and motivate teams to provide exceptional service daily
Positive energy
Solid understanding of the industry and methods to ensure customer satisfaction
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends and in [customize with your time zone]
Spa licensing, certifications, or Spa professional affiliations (such as ISPA or SSA) ( optional)
The ideal candidate will:
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
