Create a supportive and professional environment which consistently delivers a spa experience that exceeds guest expectations.
Oversee all Spa operations including massage, hairdressing, nails, reception, retail, fitness center, etc.
Responsible for all aspects of Spa staff including hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, performance, mentoring, career growth, etc.
Develop and monitor department budget and forecast using financial strategies to increase revenues while controlling operating expenses.
Develop and implement inventory management and purchasing procedures, as well as monitoring and adjusting staffing levels, spa service appointments and operational expenses, to maximize spa profitability.
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure the facility is maintained to luxury spa standards.
Strategically and proactively develop programs, marketing initiatives and promotions to increase revenue generating opportunities, enhance the guest experience, and increase the repeat guest base.
Create Wellness and Fitness experiences for the guests as appropriate.
Support public relations requests for the spa and respond to all media leads.
Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies.
Ensure spa cleanliness and maintain and ensure the functionality of spa equipment.
Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are complied with.
Effectively resolve all customer related issues.
Other duties, as assigned.
Participate in and lead meetings.
$60,000+ annually based on experience
