Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Director at Isla Bella Beach Resort. The Spa Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing spa staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, budgeting, training, and sales. The Spa Director will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivering an exceptional spa experience to guests.

Qualifications
Experience in Spa Management and Customer Service
Strong budgeting and financial management skills
Ability to effectively train and develop spa staff
Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of spa industry trends and best practices
Florida massage license is required
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
