Job Description: As a Spa Attendant at Cascada Spa and Hotel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction within our spa, fitness, and hydrothermal facilities. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the tidiness and organization of all areas, assisting guests with their needs, and upholding our commitment to sustainability and excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant spa experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in spa, fitness, and hydrothermal facilities including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, indoor and outdoor pool areas, and locker rooms.
Stock and replenish towels, linens, and amenities as needed to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Prepare and serve refreshments to guests in designated relaxation areas, maintaining a welcoming and hospitable environment.
Assist therapists and other staff members with preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about spa services, amenities, and facility features.
Adhere to spa policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and sustainability practices.
Collaborate closely with spa receptionists, therapists, and other team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the spa or hospitality industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas.
Knowledge of spa etiquette and procedures is advantageous.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
