The Role:

Our client is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting technical solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' payroll systems to deliver real-time wage access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop and design custom solutions for integrating EWA services with client payroll systems.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of EWA solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Client Support: Provide technical support to clients during and after implementation, resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation and user guides to support clients and internal teams.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure effective use of EWA solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance EWA solutions and processes, staying updated on industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a solutions engineering role, with a focus on financial technology or payroll systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Experience with API integrations and cloud services.
• EWA Knowledge: Familiarity with Earned Wage Access services and the payroll industry.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and the ability to influence stakeholders to achieve common goals.
