Livanta LLC is a rapidly growing software company that specializes in providing innovative solutions and services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our team. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our mission by providing technical support and solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our growth team to understand client needs, design and present tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and integration of our products and services.
Requirements
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand customer requirements and business objectives.
Design, develop, and present cloud, software, and data solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.
Provide technical expertise and support to internal business development teams, including technical writing and solution architecture.
Work with internal technology and development teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, software development, and data management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Support the creation of technical documentation, case studies, and whitepapers.
Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management, or other related or equivalent experience.
Experience working in a technical role in the Federal Government or Government contracting industry.
2+ years of experience working as a Solution Architect or Solution Engineer for technical responses to Federal Government RFPs, including proposal writing and technical writing.
Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies and being able to practically incorporate them into new business designs and business models.
Experience in architectural design in one or more technical domains, including system/application development, workflow automation, cloud computing, data science, and digital/business transformation.
Experience with claims processing platforms, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems or records management systems a plus.
Experience and certifications with AWS a plus.
