If you have Technical and Customer Facing Solutions Architect experience in GenAI or LLM and experience managing small teams of Solution Architects or Post Sales individuals then we need to speak! This position offers an opportunity to work for a seriously well funded and respected growing GenAI vendor!
This organisation has received significant funding and is scaling out its Solution Architect team in the USA. You will be responsible for managing a team of 3 Solution Architects initially and will also be hands on working with clients. This is a hands on team leader position so it is important that you are happy to still get your hands dirty!
Founded by some early AI adopters and pioneers this company is going to revolutionise the way that enterprise companies use and get significant value from the power of GenAI.
Role: Solution Architect Team Lead (Technical and Customer Facing)
Location: The role will be remote but candidates need to be based in either the East or Central US regions
Role:
- In this role you will be managing a small team of 3 Solution Architects
- You will be responsible for mentoring the team and will also be hands on working with clients
- You will be pivotal in leading the Solution Architect the in the USA and will build, lead and mentor the team
- Co-ordinate and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery to customers
- Work with customers to gain deep understanding of goals and translate them into solutions
- Hands on role and you will be working both technically and in a customer facing capacity
- You will be a LLM (Large Language Model) expert and develop best practice to apply to real world challenges
- Work on strategic accounts, working closely with a client technical functions as a trusted advisor
- Help to lead technical POC's and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive pilots and deployments
- Be the technical point of contact for post-sales teams and provide technical expertise to support and expand existing clients adoption
What they are looking for:
- Must have experience working with GenAI/AI or Large Language Model technology
- 3 years+ experience managing customer facing Solution Architect or Professional services teams of 3-4 people+
- 3 years+ hands on experience writing production code
- Strong technical and customer facing skills
- Track record of mentoring, developing and guiding teams
- Experience of workforce planning, performance management and resource allocation
- Experience developing in Python
- Strong communication skills and able to explain complex technology to non-technical audiences and deliver strong product demonstrations
Package:
- Package - fully negotiable but will be circa $250-320k
