Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Theology, Divinity, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Ordination or licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance
Proven experience in preaching, teaching, and conducting religious ceremonies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide spiritual guidance and counseling to diverse individuals
Understanding of Christian doctrine and theology
Responsibilities
Lead religious services, including Sunday worship, weddings, funerals, and other ceremonies
Provide pastoral care and support to church members in times of need
Develop and deliver sermons and teachings in accordance with Christian beliefs
Engage with the community and participate in outreach activities
Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to plan and coordinate ministry efforts
Uphold the values and mission of The Christian & Missionary Alliance
