Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager with a Strong background in leading high-performing teams, hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Big Data solutions, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing software performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing engineering team, driving quality and excellence in client deliverables through strategic planning and technical governance.
• Advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, establishing and evolving engineering processes, methodologies, and standards to ensure reliable delivery of top-tier solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and performance of products
• Manage team resources effectively, including recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and talent development.
• Collaborate closely with Senior leadership to identify staffing needs, set goals, provide training, and maintain compliance.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• 8+ years of experience with hands-on coding/ development
• Proficient in C#, .NET, Big Data, Databricks, Data Lake, Power BI, Kubernetes, App Insights and data analytics
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines to automate, build, and test deployment
• Experience with AWS and Azure is highly desired
