Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our founding team to promote our product, engage our audience, and help us increase the active user base on our platform. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the growth of an exciting new product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote our SaaS platform across various channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content (text, image, and video) that resonates with our target audience and drives user engagement.
• Schedule and post content regularly to maintain an active online presence.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster a sense of community and build relationships with our potential customer through interactive posts, polls, and discussions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
• Collaborate with the founding team to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the founding team to inform future strategy and improvements.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media and staying current with trends, tools, and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creative storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Previous internship or project experience in social media marketing.
