**Position:Full Time/Direct Hire

**Salary:$60,000 - $80,000

**Location:Onsite in Beverly Hills

** Must be willing to work on weekends doing some light posting, and community management.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize data analytics tools to measure and analyze performance metrics, refining strategies for maximum impact.

- Foster engagement by actively interacting with followers, promptly responding to comments and direct messages.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and creative, conceptualizing and executing captivating social media campaigns.

- Develop unique tones of voice tailored to multiple Instagram accounts within the brand portfolio.

- Identify, reach out to, and collaborate with key influencers to enhance brand visibility and prestige.

- Harness social media to drive conversion, elevate sales, and cultivate a high-quality community of followers.

- Craft daily Instagram Stories and schedule posts using cutting-edge platforms like Curalate.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager within the luxury or lifestyle sectors.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for storytelling that resonates with our discerning audience.

- Deep understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and market trends.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in visual storytelling through social media channels.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering under tight deadlines with a positive demeanor.

- Proficiency in US social media best practices, platform analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics), and social scheduling tools.
