The Showroom Coordinator will greet and welcome guests into the showroom and coordinate

Showroom Activities To Ensure An Excellent Customer Experience

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet, welcome and direct customers as they enter the showroom
  • Represent the Visual Comfort brand through polished communication, personal

appearance and professionalism

  • Answer phones and direct to appropriate associate within the showroom or escalate

to the showroom manager

  • Support the visual and quality standards within the showroom
  • Coordinate meeting preparation and catering for showroom
  • Ordering, stocking and maintaining showroom office supplies
  • Enter and manage all sales documents including quotes and orders
  • Assist in management and coordination of all shipping and logistics
  • Own follow-up and follow through for customer inquiries, quotes and orders

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or reception in interior design, luxury home furnishings or retail
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Superior communication and organization skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow-through on all aspects of responsibilities
  • ERP system and process proficiency
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
  • Keen eye for design and creativity
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of

teamwork and cooperation

  • Must have a positive, hardworking "can do" attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Available to work a flexible schedule
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
