Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate products in showrooms and home shows using samples and digital tools.
Answer and direct customer calls, setting proper expectations for the replacement process.
Qualify customers to set sales appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.
Maintain accurate information in lead management software. Capture traffic, leads, and appointments.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Follow a structured sales process, delivering project quotations and handling transactions.
Plan, organize, manage, and attend showroom events; lead presentations or training sessions.
Interact with architects, designers, builders, and homeowners.
Develop relationships with local industry/trade groups and attend events.
Maintain knowledge of all systems and processes, engage in self-development, and stay updated on competitive products.
Research and communicate accurate product/customer information, providing administrative support for Sales Representatives and Management.
Travel to other showrooms for coverage if needed.
Initiate office stock orders and maintain showroom cleanliness.
Resolve showroom concerns and meet safety requirements.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
