Shift: 1st (7 am - 5:30 pm M-Th.; mandatory OT on Fridays from 7 am - 3:30 pm)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Packages finished product in cardboard boxes utilizing protective materials
Ensures proper packaging methods are used
Create pallets and crates utilizing a power saw and air tools
Utilizes computer software to create shipping materials
Systematically ships product within the internal ERP system
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the group team leader
Education And Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Job Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Manual dexterity required
Tow motor operation required
Required to read a tape measure
Supervision is always available
