Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks located in Union, NJ. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive customer experience, managing and coaching partners, and assisting with inventory management and store cleanliness. You will also be responsible for upholding Starbucks standards and creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both customers and partners.
Qualifications
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work well in a team and motivate others
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
