- IT experience
- SCCM or SMS like experience
- PowerShell scripting experience in a production environment
- Customer Service experience
- Troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of networking technologies including PING, NETSTAT, DHCP, DNS, and NSLOOKUP
- Active Directory experience including tools like ADUC
- Certifications in A+ series
- Certifications in Microsoft tools and technologies
- PowerShell 3.0 scripting background
