Applicant must have 10 years of relevant experience with the following:

  • IT experience
  • SCCM or SMS like experience
  • PowerShell scripting experience in a production environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of networking technologies including PING, NETSTAT, DHCP, DNS, and NSLOOKUP
  • Active Directory experience including tools like ADUC
  • Certifications in A+ series
  • Certifications in Microsoft tools and technologies
  • PowerShell 3.0 scripting background
  • ITIL Knowledge and ITSM Tools
  • Seniority level
