About The Role
We are looking for a pro-active, highly motivated and result oriented Senior E&O Underwriter with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
Develop, maintain and own client relationships. Must be client centric yet able to deliver difficult messages.
Analyze data to steer profitable decision making.
Offer ideas and solutions to improve insured's loss experience and our performance.
Must be a team player who is willing to pitch in on non-underwriting tasks and projects when necessary.

About You
To succeed in this role you must bring a high level of experience, professionalism and executive function.
5+ years Errors and Omissions Underwriting experience required.
Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and analytical skills are a must.
Confident with basic data analytics, preferred.
Some domestic travel required (3-8 trips a year).
The position is flexible to one of the following offices: Kansas City, MO, Chicago, IL, or potentially another Swiss Re office. Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office two to three days per week on average.
