Premier Multi Investment Fund, with nearly $6 billion in AUMS and operations across four countries, is seeking a Senior Tax Professional to join its dynamic team. This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $105-120k with a 25% bonus potential, along with exceptional benefits and a hybrid work schedule.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of tax-related tasks for our multi-billion dollar investment fund. This includes reviewing taxable income calculations, tax allocations, tax returns, Schedules K-1, PFIC Statements, and international tax filings. Collaborating with various departments internally and externally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tax compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing taxable income calculations, tax returns, and international tax filings

- Analyzing holdings for compliance with ASC740

- Assisting with tax withholding compliance and reporting

- Conducting ad hoc research on tax legislation and trading jurisdictions

- Implementing improvements to tax reporting processes

- Engaging with various departments on tax-related matters

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of public accounting in tax or relevant accounting experience

- Financial services industry and partnership tax experience required

- CPA certification is a must

- Interest in international tax considerations
