Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is looking for a Senior Staffing Lead to work on the Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) – Increment 1 (INC1) program. The Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM-O) is a critical mission provider responsible for keeping the Army connected through global network modernization projects. The Army Global Unified Network (AGUN) - Increment 1 (INC1) will unify the next generation of Army transport to comply with the Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS) divestiture mandate. A phased systematic approach is required to provide individual sites with standardized, updated technology systems to ensure the Army’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure is equipped to provide soldiers with cutting-edge technology to ensure applications, data, and enterprise services are accessible, trusted, and interoperable across the globe. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversees project staffing during Task Order (TO) transition and execution to meet AGUNs evolving
personnel resource requirements.
Supports Operations Lead (OL) and Technical Direction Plan (TDP) Development Lead with
identifying Technical Direction Letter (TDL) specific staffing requirements and developing the
related project staffing plan and resource profile.
Chairs the Staffing Management Board (SMB) that analyzes the OL TDL pipeline forecasts and
executes anticipatory staffing actions immediately upon TDL release.
Maintains accurate staffing roster across the TO, including assignment by TDL, role, and location.
Supports Transition Manager, TDP Managers, and other projects leads to forecast staffing needs, fill new and vacant positions, and maintain staffing qualifications oversight.
Assists Program Manager (PM) and Quality Manager with maintaining the Leidos Continual Innovation and Improvement (CI2) process for identifying, analyzing, and improving staffing related business processes across the organization.
Coordinates recruiting and works with Leidos' human resource management personnel to manage staff retention and oversee the staff onboarding and off-boarding process.
Ensures personnel requirements for CONUS and OCONUS TDY and long-term deployments are complete.
Deconflicts staffing needs across Leidos and subcontractor staffing/recruiting teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience or a Masters and 3+ years of related experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Demonstrated experience working within the Agile framework.
US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working within Army’s IT infrastructure.
Secret security clearance

Pay Range
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
