Position Summary
We’re seeking a full-time Senior Social Media Manager for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
Our Senior Social Media Manager will develop and implement comprehensive global social media campaign strategies. They will oversee all U.S. social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest, for all U.S. brands.
Responsibilities include leading the strategy, development, planning, and execution of U.S. campaigns and events. The manager will direct a team in creating engaging original content to grow our follower base on U.S.-owned social channels. Additionally, they will provide expertise and support for global campaigns as needed, driving strategies to enhance social performance.
Job Responsibilities
Increase followers and engagement for all social media accounts
Lead the strategy and execution of all organic, and some paid, social activity across all social platforms i.e. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest
Create and maintain a social media posting calendar aligned with key initiatives and timelines
Source new Social Platforms and foster new innovative ideas
Effectively use social media monitoring tools to spot opportunities to engage in trending topics and conversations
Use tools, data and analytics to aid in the development of strategies and continual improvements
Responsible for the recruiting, training, and management of the social media marketing and community teams
Work closely with PR, Corp Comms, and social media teams from other global markets to ensure messaging remains on-brand while still being highly localized to the US market
Job Requirements
Must have 6+ years’ experience, with a demonstrable successful track record, as Social Media Marketing Manager for a DTC brand with at least 50M combined followers on social
Candidates with experience in fashion and beauty are preferred
Must have 3+ years’ experience leading a team of 5+ team members in social media and community management
Must have a successful track record of managing social media accounts for multiple brands across different social media platforms
Must be an expert at using the latest social media marketing and community management tools, technologies, and methodologies
Understands best practices and restrictions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest
Experience building and executing social marketing campaigns and calendars
Must be an expert managing data and metrics to measure impact and influence
An ideal candidate will be tenacious and agile and be able to adjust to the rapid changes
Pay
$88,600 per year to $143,200 per year. Bonus & RSU offered.
